Submission Guidelines
Participants who wish to present their research at the AF LUM Conference 2026 are invited to submit an Extended Abstract or a Full Paper in editable MS Word format (.doc or .docx only), following the guidelines and using the official Template for Extended Abstracts and Full Paper.
Submissions will be considered for review only if submitted through the official platform, accessible here.
Extended Abstracts
- Lenght: Minimum 1,000 words (excluding references)
- Content: Should clearly present the research objective, theoretical background, methodology, (expected) results, and academic and/or practical relevance
Full Papers (optional)
- Lenght: Between 5,000 and 9,000 words (including references)
- Content: Should provide complete and original contributions aligned with the themes of the conference
Each submission should include:
- Title
- Authors’ information (name, affiliation, address, and email – separately for each author)
- Maximum 5 keywords
- Paper type (Academic / Practical)
- Bibliographical references
All submissions must be written in English and must adhere strictly to the format and structure indicated above.
