Submission Guidelines

Participants who wish to present their research at the AF LUM Conference 2026 are invited to submit an Extended Abstract or a Full Paper in editable MS Word format (.doc or .docx only), following the guidelines and using the official Template for Extended Abstracts and Full Paper.

All received submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by the Organizing Committee.

Extended Abstracts

  • Lenght: Minimum 1,000 words (excluding references)
  • Content: Should clearly present the research objective, theoretical background, methodology, (expected) results, and academic and/or practical relevance

Full Papers (optional)

  • Lenght: Between 5,000 and 9,000 words (including references)
  • Content: Should provide complete and original contributions aligned with the themes of the conference

Each submission should include:

  • Title
  • Authors’ information (name, affiliation, address, and email – separately for each author)
  • Maximum 5 keywords
  • Paper type (Academic / Practical)
  • Bibliographical references

All submissions must be written in English and must adhere strictly to the format and structure indicated above.
