LUM University is pleased to host the 2nd LUM Conference on Accounting, Banking, and Finance Research, an academic forum dedicated to advancing theoretical and empirical knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance.
The 2026 edition addresses the critical role ofaccounting and finance in responding to today’s most urgent environmental and social challenges – including climate change, circular economy, biodiversity loss, and equity. These issues are reshaping how organizations operate, how capital is allocated, and how performance is measured and reported.
This conference seeks contributions that explore how accounting and finance frameworks, tools, and practices can support private and public organizations in managing sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
We welcome theoretical, empirical, and methodological studies that offer original insights into the integration of environmental and social concerns into accounting and financial systems. Interdisciplinary and policy-relevant perspectives are strongly encouraged
