Submission guidelines 2027

The 2027 submission guidelines are published with the Call for Papers.
Format, length, required information and review process will be confirmed for the new edition.
2026For reference: submission rules of the 2026 edition
- Format
- Editable MS Word file (.doc or .docx), using the official template for extended abstracts and full papers.
- Extended abstract
- Minimum 1,000 words, excluding references. Research objective, theoretical background, methodology, (expected) results and academic and/or practical relevance.
- Full paper (optional)
- Between 5,000 and 9,000 words, including references.
- Required fields
- Title; authors' information (name, affiliation, address and email for each author); up to 5 keywords; paper type (academic / practical); references.
- Language
- English.
- Review
- Double-blind peer review.
